OmertaEra is a free browser mafia MMO set in Prohibition America in 1931, in the tradition of the classic text-based mafia games and built to fix what they got wrong: nothing is for sale, every roll of the dice can be checked by the player, and the world is painted rather than tabulated. It opened to the public on 15 September 2026 at omertaera.com. Everything on this page may be used freely in coverage of the game.
