What you actually do
Bootlegging
Nine kinds of booze, nine states, prices that move every fifteen minutes. Buy low in Louisiana, sell high in New York, dodge the station deputies.
A Family
Found one at Gangster or join one: Boss, Council, Lieutenants, Soldiers, a shared Treasury, and a war rule that says you cannot reach the top until the layer below it is gone.
The Casino
Roulette, blackjack, craps, faro, keno, slots and the race track — every table a property owned by a player, or by the house until somebody takes it.
Poker against people
No-limit Texas Hold'em and Seven-Card Stud at tables in your city, played against other gangsters — plus scheduled tournaments for the ones who want a trophy.
Investigators & the hitlist
Pay an agency to find a rival, travel to their state, and empty a Thompson into them. Bounties on the hitlist can be public or anonymous, and they pay on the kill.

Every roll is checkable
No hidden dice. You are shown the hash of the server seed before you play, you choose your own client seed, and afterwards you can recompute the exact numbers the game used.
