Casino rulesLottery — rules
How Lottery plays in OmertaEra, the free Prohibition-era mafia MMO. The same rules are shown where the game is played, and every outcome is provably fair.
One national draw, the same for every state. Buy tickets; one ticket is drawn and its holder takes the pot.
- Ticket
- $1,000
- Limit
- 250 tickets per gangster per draw
- Draws
- Wednesday and Saturday at 17:00 UTC. A ticket enters the next draw.
- Winner
- 80% of the pot; the house keeps 20%
- Chance
- Your tickets divided by all live tickets in the draw
- Tickets held by a gangster who dies before the draw are void: they are not in the pot and cannot win.
- A draw nobody bought into simply passes.
